Cabin Space Aboard the Emerald Princess

Okay, they’re not called ‘cabins’ on Princess, they’re referred to as ‘State-Rooms’, doesn’t that sound fancier (and so much BIGGER)?

As we mentioned in the last post, the ‘State-Rooms’ aboard the Emerald Princess are very well designed and roomy (relatively speaking, of course). They are definitely better designed than the Royal Caribbean ships that we’ve sailed on. The walk-in closet was the most useful feature as we were able to stay out of each others way while getting ready for dinner, the pool, etc.

We had Chet, our state room steward, push the beds together to make it a double and it still gave us enough room to move around freely. There was a small ‘coffee table’ in the room that was pretty much useless and got in the way, but other than that, no complaints on the room. Here are some photos.
